This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") is formulated by Jianzhi Xinchuang (Beijing) Robot Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jianzhi Xinchuang") and its associated brand Genrobot.ai (collectively referred to as "we"). It aims to clarify the rules for us to collect, use, store, share, transfer, and delete your personal information and related data when you use the image collection tool APP developed by our company (hereinafter referred to as "this APP"), so as to protect your right to privacy and legitimate rights and interests.
Please carefully read and fully understand all the terms of this Policy before downloading, installing, registering, and using this APP, especially the terms involving the collection and use of personal information, sensitive data processing, and third-party cooperation. By clicking "Agree", downloading and using this APP, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of this Policy and voluntarily accepted the constraints of this Policy. If you do not agree to any term of this Policy, please immediately stop downloading, installing, and using this APP.
I. General Provisions
1.1 Basis for Formulation
This Policy is formulated in accordance with the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Information Security Technology - Personal Information Security Specification (GB/T 35273-2020), and other relevant laws, regulations, rules, and industry standards. We strictly follow the principles of "legality, legitimacy, necessity, and good faith", only collect personal information necessary for realizing the core functions of this APP, and do not collect, use, or store your information beyond the necessary scope.
1.2 Scope of Application
This Policy applies to all your behaviors when using this APP, including but not limited to downloading, installing, registering, logging in, using functions such as image collection, preview, editing, saving, uploading, sharing, and browsing relevant contents of this APP.
Please note: This Policy only governs the processing of your information by us and this APP, and does not apply to services provided by third parties through this APP (such as third-party plug-ins, sharing functions, etc.). The information processing rules of third-party services are formulated by third parties themselves, and we do not bear any responsibility. Please check the privacy policies of third parties by yourself.
1.3 Core Definitions
(1) Personal Information: Refers to various information recorded in electronic or other forms related to identified or identifiable natural persons, excluding information after anonymization, such as your device information, image data, contact information, usage records, etc.;
(2) Sensitive Personal Information: Refers to personal information that may easily lead to the infringement of the dignity of natural persons or the danger to personal and property safety if disclosed or illegally used. The sensitive personal information involved in this APP mainly includes image data (especially images containing facial and human body features), unique device identifiers, etc.;
(3) Anonymization: Refers to the process of processing personal information so that the subject of personal information cannot be identified or associated, and the processed information cannot be restored. Information after anonymization is not personal information, and we can freely use it for APP optimization, technological research and development, and other purposes;
(4) Image Collection Tool APP: Refers to a mobile application developed and operated by Jianzhi Xinchuang (Beijing) Robot Technology Co., Ltd. for controlling image collection equipment and realizing functions such as image collection, preview, editing, storage, and uploading.
II. Collection and Use of Personal Information
2.1 Collection Principles
We only collect personal information necessary for realizing the core functions of this APP, and do not collect personal information unrelated to the functions of this APP without justifiable reasons; for sensitive personal information, we will separately obtain your explicit consent, and will never collect or use your sensitive personal information without your consent; you have the right to refuse to provide non-essential personal information, and it will not affect your use of the core functions of this APP (unless otherwise clearly agreed).
2.2 Types and Purposes of Collected Information
Combined with the core function of image collection of this APP, the personal information we collect and its purposes are as follows. All information is only used to realize the corresponding functions, not for other unrelated purposes:
(1) Essential Personal Information (Necessary for Realizing Core Functions, Cannot Be Refused)
① Device Information: Including device model, operating system version, unique device identifier (such as IMEI, Android ID, DEVICE_ID), network type, IP address, Wi-Fi information. Such information is collected to ensure the normal operation of the APP, adapt to different devices, prevent network security risks, troubleshoot APP faults, and ensure the stability and compatibility of the image collection function;
② Image Data: Including all images and photos collected by you through this APP controlling image collection equipment, as well as image data edited and cropped by you in the APP. Such information is collected to realize core functions such as image collection, preview, editing, saving, and uploading, and meet your core needs for using the image collection tool;
③ APP Usage Records: Including the time, duration, operation behaviors (such as operation records of collecting, editing, saving, and uploading images), and function usage frequency of your using this APP. Such information is collected to optimize APP functions, improve user experience, and fix problems occurring during use.
(2) Non-Essential Personal Information (You Can Choose Whether to Provide It)
① Contact Information: Including mobile phone number and email address. You can choose to provide such information for account registration, login (if you choose the account login function), receiving APP update notifications, and feedback replies. Not providing such information will not affect your use of the core image collection function of this APP;
② Information Related to Storage Permissions: If you agree to enable the mobile phone storage permission, we will obtain the read and write permission of your mobile phone storage to save the collected and edited images to the local mobile phone, or read images from the local mobile phone for editing. You can turn off this permission in the mobile phone settings at any time. After turning it off, you cannot save or read images locally, but it will not affect the image collection and preview functions;
③ Location Information: If you use this APP to control image collection equipment for outdoor collection and agree to enable the location permission, we will collect your approximate location information (not accurate coordinates) to mark the location of image collection, facilitating you to find and manage images later. You can turn off this permission at any time, and turning it off will not affect the core collection function.
2.3 Restrictions on Information Use
(1) We strictly use your personal information in accordance with the purposes agreed in this Policy, and will never use personal information for purposes not agreed in this Policy without your explicit consent;
(2) If it is necessary to use your personal information for purposes not agreed in this Policy due to technological upgrading and function optimization, we will inform you in advance through APP pop-ups, notifications, in-site messages, etc., and can only use it after obtaining your explicit consent;
(3) We will not use your personal information (especially image data) for commercial advertising push, user portrait analysis, nor will we use your image data for purposes unrelated to the core functions of this APP such as face recognition and identity verification;
(4) For anonymized image data, usage records, and other information, we can freely use them for purposes such as APP function optimization, technological research and development, and industry data analysis without obtaining your consent separately, and such information cannot identify your personal identity.
III. Storage and Protection of Personal Information
3.1 Storage Method and Duration
(1) Storage Location: Your personal information (including image data, device information, etc.) is stored on servers located in the People's Republic of China. We will not store your personal information on overseas servers; if it is necessary to store information overseas due to business needs in the future, we will inform you in advance, obtain your explicit consent, and comply with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations to ensure the safety of information storage;
(2) Storage Duration: We follow the principles of "minimum necessity and shortest duration", and store your personal information only for the shortest duration required to realize the purposes agreed in this Policy:
① Image Data: If you do not choose to save it to the local mobile phone or upload it to our server, it is only stored in the APP cache, and the cached data will be deleted when you exit the APP or clear the mobile phone cache; if you choose to save it locally, the data will be stored in your local mobile phone, which is managed and deleted by you; if you choose to upload it to our server, the data will be stored until 30 days after you take the initiative to delete it or cancel your account, and it will be automatically deleted after the expiration;
② Device Information and Usage Records: Stored until 30 days after you cancel your account, and automatically deleted after the expiration; if it is necessary to extend the storage duration due to legal and regulatory requirements, dispute handling, and security audit needs, the extended duration will not exceed the period specified by laws and regulations;
③ Non-essential Information such as Contact Information: Stored until 30 days after you cancel your account, and automatically deleted after the expiration; if you do not register an account and only use the APP temporarily, the contact information and other information will not be stored.
3.2 Security Protection Measures
We attach great importance to the security of your personal information, and take dual technical and management measures to prevent risks such as leakage, tampering, loss, and illegal access of personal information, ensuring the security of your personal information:
(1) Technical Measures: Adopt SSL encrypted transmission technology to ensure the security of personal information during transmission; encrypt stored personal information (especially image data) to prevent illegal reading of information; set access permission control, only authorized staff can access your personal information, and access behaviors will be fully recorded and audited; regularly conduct security inspections and vulnerability repairs on servers and APP systems to prevent security risks such as network attacks and virus intrusions;
(2) Management Measures: Establish a sound personal information security management system, clarify the responsibilities of staff in various positions, conduct security training and confidentiality education for staff involved in personal information processing, and sign confidentiality agreements; establish an emergency response mechanism for personal information security. If a security incident such as leakage, tampering, or loss of personal information occurs, we will immediately activate emergency measures, take remedial measures to prevent the expansion of risks, and timely inform you in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, and report to the regulatory authorities if necessary;
(3) User Independent Protection: Please properly keep your mobile phone, APP account (if any), and relevant permissions, and do not arbitrarily disclose your mobile phone password, APP operation records, image data, and other information to others; if you find that your mobile phone is lost, your account is stolen, or your personal information is illegally used, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in taking measures such as freezing your account, deleting information, and investigating risks to reduce your losses.
IV. Sharing, Transfer and Public Disclosure of Personal Information
4.1 Sharing
We strictly follow the principle of "no sharing or disclosure", and will never share your personal information with any third party (except our affiliated companies) without your explicit consent:
(1) Sharing with Affiliated Companies: If it is necessary to share your personal information with our affiliated companies (Genrobot.ai and other companies controlled by Jianzhi Xinchuang (Beijing) Robot Technology Co., Ltd.) to realize the functions of this APP and optimize service quality, we will ensure that the affiliated companies use your personal information in strict accordance with the purposes agreed in this Policy, take the same security protection measures as us, and do not use or disclose your information beyond the agreed scope;
(2) Sharing with Third-Party Services: If this APP contains plug-ins and services provided by third parties (such as map services, storage services, fault statistics services, etc.), it is necessary to share necessary personal information with third parties (such as location information for map marking, device information for fault statistics). Before disclosure, we will take anonymization measures (such as blurring facial features in images) to ensure that your personal identity cannot be identified.

In accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, you have the right to inquire, correct, delete, withdraw consent, cancel your account, and request explanation for your personal information. We will provide you with convenient channels to exercise your rights without setting unreasonable restrictions. The specific exercise methods are as follows:
5.1 Right of Inquiry
You can open this APP at any time, enter the "My - Privacy Settings" page to inquire about your personal information collected by us (including device information, image data, usage records, contact information, etc.), and view the details such as the collection time, use purpose, and storage duration of the information.
5.2 Right of Correction
If you find that your personal information collected and stored by us is incorrect (such as wrong contact information), you can submit a correction application through the "My - Customer Service Feedback" channel in this APP or contact our customer service staff. We will verify it within 3 working days after receiving the application, and correct it in a timely manner if verified correct, and inform you of the correction result.
5.3 Right of Deletion
In one of the following circumstances, you can request us to delete your personal information. We will verify it within 3 working days after receiving the application, and delete it in a timely manner if verified correct. After deletion, we will no longer retain your information (except as required by laws and regulations):
(1) We collect and use your personal information beyond the scope agreed in this Policy without obtaining your supplementary consent;
(2) We fail to perform the obligation of personal information security protection in accordance with the agreement of this Policy, resulting in security risks to your information;
(3) You withdraw your consent to the collection and use of personal information;

You can also delete the image data stored locally on your mobile phone and the information in the APP cache by yourself. After self-deletion, we will no longer obtain such information.
5.4 Right to Withdraw Consent
You can withdraw your consent to the collection, use, sharing, and transfer of personal information at any time. After withdrawing consent, we will immediately stop the collection, use, sharing, and transfer of relevant information, but it will not affect the legality of the information processing behaviors we have carried out based on your consent before withdrawing consent, nor will it affect your use of the core functions of this APP (after withdrawing consent to non-essential information, only the use of corresponding non-core functions will be affected).
Method of Withdrawing Consent: You can turn off the relevant permissions such as storage, location, and camera of the APP in the mobile phone settings, or withdraw relevant consent through the "My - Privacy Settings" page of this APP, or contact customer service staff for assistance in withdrawal.
5.5 Right to Cancel Account
If you no longer use this APP, you can submit an account cancellation application through the "My - Account Cancellation" page of this APP or contact customer service staff (if you have not registered an account, no cancellation is required). We will verify it within 7 working days after receiving the application, and complete the cancellation procedures for you if verified correct. After cancellation, we will delete all your personal information (except as required by laws and regulations). The account and relevant information cannot be recovered after cancellation, so please operate carefully.
5.6 Right to Request Explanation
You can request us to explain the personal information processing rules agreed in this Policy and our information processing behaviors at any time. We will give you a clear and clear explanation within 3 working days after receiving the request.
5.7 Supplementary Explanation on the Exercise of Rights
If you cannot exercise your rights through the above methods, or believe that we have not fulfilled the obligation of protecting your rights in accordance with the law, you can contact us through the contact information agreed in Article 7 of this Policy, and we will handle it for you in a timely manner; if you are not satisfied with our handling result, you can complain and report to the regulatory authorities.
VI. Update and Notification of Privacy Policy
6.1 Policy Update
With the update of laws and regulations, the optimization of this APP's functions, and the development of technology, we may modify and update this Policy. The updated Policy content will be more complete and more conducive to protecting the security of your personal information.
The updated Privacy Policy will be released in a prominent position in this APP (such as APP pop-up window, "My - Privacy Policy" page). We will inform you of the updated content of the Policy 7 working days in advance. If you continue to use this APP after the Policy update, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to the content of the updated Policy; if you do not agree to the updated Policy, you can immediately stop using this APP and cancel your account (if any), and we will process your personal information in accordance with the original Policy agreement.

VII. Protection of Minors
We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. This APP does not provide services to minors under the age of 14, and does not intentionally collect personal information of minors under the age of 14.
If you are a minor under the age of 18, you must obtain the consent of your legal guardian before using this APP. Your legal guardian shall read this Policy on your behalf and confirm the consent before you can use this APP; the legal guardian can contact us at any time to inquire, correct, delete the minor's personal information, withdraw the use consent, and cancel the account.
If we find that we have mistakenly collected personal information of minors under the age of 14, we will immediately stop the collection behavior, delete the relevant information, inform the minor's legal guardian, explain the situation, and cooperate with the legal guardian to do a good job in information protection.
VIII. Disclaimer
We shall not be liable for any liabilities arising from personal information processing related behaviors under one of the following circumstances:
(1) Leakage, tampering, loss, or illegal use of your personal information caused by your own operational errors, lost mobile phone, stolen account, disclosure of personal information to others, etc.;
