• Data Collection Notice

• What we record.

During your demo (a few minutes), the glove records hand and finger motion, joint angles and orientation, and tactile/force signals, along with a timestamp and session ID. If applicable: a first-person video of your hands and the task area. We do not record audio, nor do we capture your face, fingerprint, voiceprint, or iris. We do not ask for your name or contact details unless you choose to provide an email address to receive your sample file.

• Why.

Solely to demonstrate the product to you and, at your request, to send you a sample file. We do not use this data to identify you or any other individual. We do not use it to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any AI model, do not include it in any commercial or public dataset, and do not sell, lease, share, or otherwise disclose it to any third party.

• Retention and destruction.

Your session data is permanently deleted within seven (7) days after the event closes, or immediately upon your request, whichever is earlier, and is never kept longer than necessary for the demonstration. Any email address you provide is deleted within seven (7) days and is kept separately, not in marketing communications. We store this data with at least the same level of care as we use for our own confidential information.

• Where data is handled.

Data may be transmitted to and stored on servers operated by us or our affiliate in China and/or the United States for the purposes set forth above, protected by access controls and encryption in transit and at rest.

• Your choices.

Participation is voluntary. You may decline, stop the session at any time, or ask us to delete your data immediately by contacting us at: legal@genrobot.ai. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

• Sample file.

Any file we send is a raw, unprocessed demo capture provided "as is" for your reference only.
